(Roleplaying)
(1) No Godmoding. This means that your character cannot control other characters or know things automatically. There are no exceptions to this rule.
(2) No Powerplaying. This means that your character cannot be invincible during a fight. They cannot dodge every move and be accurate with every punch, kick, or throw. Be realistic.
(3) Please roleplay in past tense and third person.
(4) Please make each post a minimum of 350 words.
(5) Please check for grammar errors and use spell check. Nobody is perfect, but we'd like to understand what you're trying say in your post. Also, do not use chatspeak unless it's in OOC.
(6) Sex, swearing, drugs, pregnancy and violence are all allowed on this site. But this does not mean that you can abuse it. Make sure to put a warning sign on any threads that will contain mature content, and when things start to get adult-rated, PM an admin and they will move it to the mature threads.
(7) You must post AT LEAST twice a week. These two post may be with just one character, or one for two of your characters. Please stay as active as possible.
(4) If you do not post for two weeks, without warning or a valid reason {writersblock IS a valid reason} you cannot keep your face claim.(Overall)
(1) You are allowed to have as many characters as you want, just make a separate account for each character. Say you have made your first character, you must have at least fifteen posts (ooc and games don't count, they have to be rp posts) with that character before you can make a new character.
(2) You are given ten days to complete your application once you signed up for the new character account. During this time you are permitted to post in OOC sections, as well as board games. If the the application is not finished in the allotted ten days, your unfinished application will be moved the the 'Denied' section. You will no longer be permitted to post anywhere on the board with that account. Once you finished the application, let an admin know, we will move it, and you will be free to post anywhere you like.
(3) You are allowed to sign up with any account name when you first join, but after you're accepted you must change your display name to the first and last name of your character.
(4) Do not post in any of the roleplaying boards until you have been accepted.
(5) For your character's face please use real life models, not drawings or anime pictures, for your character. Also, please do not use yourself.
(6) Please use the template we have provided for you in the application section. If you do not use this template, you will not be accepted.
(7) Be creative. We don't want a million Barbie and Ken clones running around on here, and we don't want a bunch of "emo" kids, either. Try to make your character different and unique. Also please take into account that this is not an RP set in our normal world, nor is it modern.
(8) On that note, no Mary-Gary Sues. As in, do not make your character perfect.
(9) For signatures, please don't make them wider than 500 px and no taller than 400 px. We don't want to stretch the board.
(10) No out of character drama. We all have real life drama. I don't know about you but most of us come here to relax. I do not have the patience for petty arguments.
(11) Be respectful to everyone on this site. If you have a problem with somebody, then PM the admin. Do NOT start a fight in the cbox or in a public thread. This will make us look bad to those who might consider joining the site and it creates an overall negative atmosphere.
(12) If things get out of hand, you will be temporarily banned. If you continue to misbehave, you will be permanently banned . 3 strikes and you're out. {there may be some exceptions. if what you've done is bad enough, you may get only one warning.}
(13) If you're rude or have a history of getting banned from sites due to poor behavior, don't join.
(14) If you're immature and obnoxious, don't join.
(15) Don't steal anybody else's characters or ideas. If you do, we'll ban you and report you to the proboards administration for plagiarism so you won't be able to join any proboards.
(16) If you're leaving for more than 2 days, please let us know. We do get worried.
(17) This is the most important rule of all: have fun! We're all here to enjoy ourselves.
