HAIR COLOR: Dailen has quite the long, natural blonde hair. Unfortunately a natural color wasn't enough for the poor girl. So let's go and dye it some wacky color. Like oh I don't know...orange!? Yup that's Dailen for you. Not to mention the style/cut/design changes about everyday.
FACIAL FEATURES: Dailen has a heart shaped face; one that's rather beautiful if you like that sort of thing. She has high cheek bones and plump pink lips. Her nose rests inbetween her eyes which are already explained.
PHYSIQUE: 5'3", 110 LBS. Dailen doesn't look like she'd be much, does she? Or atleast not a threat to anything you are doing at the moment you see/meet her. But appearances can be quite decieving. Though the girl looks quite tiny, she has muscle hidden somewhere on her body. It takes alot for her to get a bruise. Unlike some people out there today. With thin tiny arms, and a thin waist; almost to the point you can see her ribs when she moves a certain way. Dailen is the exact opposite of what you would think of a strong person. No, she really doesn't have all too many curves. But they are there, I promise you.

OVERALL HISTORY:
[YOU KNOW IT'S NOT LOVE]
Little Dailen Wonder Darby was born on a Tuesday night. Which just so happened to be the date of May 17th. She was born into the Darby family; to the loving parents of Julia and Tyler Darby. Not much happened the first few years of her life of course. Nothing ever really happens to you while you're a child unless something in your life goes terribly and horribly wrong. Unfortunately in life not all marriages are stable, correct? The Darby family was not a very happy family. Not from the beginning of life, and not to the end of it. People usually get married out of hopes that you will grow closer and more in love with the person you have chosen to spend your life with. Or maybe it was out of a drunken haze, either way you hope for the best. Sadly, half of the relationships today fail greatly. Instead of growing closer together, once Dailen was born; Julia and Tyler seemed to just...drift further and further apart.
Tyler saw that his job was the most important thing in life. Then came his sister, Terri. Finally somewhere out of this large circle was his children. He made his job his career and his children his job; if you know what I mean. It's not that Tyler was a bad person, it was just how he saw things. Your work came before your family. While Julia, the mother, believed family came first. Then your work was the last thing on your list. Her child was the first thing in her world, while work was somewhere outside in the galaxies surrounding it. The two had two completely different mind sets, if you cannot already tell. These differences soon tore the family apart from the inside out. It all started with Tyler deciding to no longer sleep in the same room as Julia. Instead, he began to sleep on the floor downstairs in the living room.
Julia got some negativity toward her husband as well. She refused to stay in the same room as him. When she went out to buy the family dinner, she would "forget" to get something for Tyler. Though this whole sherade was blown out in her face once Dailen accidently let it slip that she was doing it on purpose. Finally, it got to the point where the two were having full out yelling conversations. Over the smallest things too. Everytime Dailen witnessed one of these she would run out of the house and into the front yard; hiding behind bushes or something. Just to get away from all of the yelling and hatred flowing in and around the house. Of course Julia noticed how this bad relationship was not only hurting herself, but causing her daughter to become very bitter toward any sort of relationship with anyone alive. She knew for her daughter's sake she needed to get out of the relationship.
On the date of April 19th, the Darby family got a divorce. Dailen was only at the age of six. Tyler got the house in the divorce, forcing Julia to move out. Dailen preferred her mother, since she was always around more to take care of her. Not to mention she was at the age where it was her mother who did help her with everything; not her father. Of course you can guess there was a custody battle. Thankfully, Julia Darby Garrett won the custody over Dailen Darby. The two moved away from Sydney, Australia, and to the beatiful city of Los Angeles, California...
[THE BATTLE WAGES ON]
By now, little Dailen wasn't so little anymore. The years of torture with her parents divorce seemed to fly by so fast. When Dailen moved to Los Angeles, she was at the age of 12, quite shy and not ready to meet anyone knew. Though Julia seemed to move quite fast. She soon found a nursing job at a near by hospital; not working many hours in order to still be able to go home and see her lovely daughter. Julia soon met a new man, though. He went by the name of Jacob Matthews. Julia would often be out of the house with Jacob; causing poor Dailen to require a babysitter half of the time. There was no problem with the babysitter; though like most babysitters today did not focus as much on the child as they did at finding any sort of food they can in the kitchen. Or steal whatever they want from the mother's jewelry box.
Dailen would sneak out of the house when she hit the age of 14, as an act of rebellion and a cry for attention to her mother. Though this attention was never given. Something else seemed to be planned for them...Julia found out on a Friday night that she was pregnant. So as you could estimate, Jacob decided it best for him to move in with Julia to help take care of her and Dailen. Now Dailen and Jacob never truly saw eye to eye. Of course they were civil with one another. Not so much as an evil glare was shot from either person to the other. The two just never seemed to click or be as close as Jacob and her mother seemed to have grown. Of course while Jacob's attention was still locked on her pregnant mother, Dailen would continue her sneak outs of the house and roam the streets around the homes.
One night, when Dailen was wandering around in the middle of the night (she was probably 15 at the time), she happened to cross the wrong part of town. A gang fight currently going on. Of course like any person with some brains, Dailen decided to hide around a building corner but continue to watch the fight out of curiousity. It was more of a jumping than an actual fight. One poor defenseless man sprawled out on the ground getting the crap beaten out of him while he was surrounded by teenagers who were beating him with anything they could get their hands on. Rocks, stones, pipes, metal, purses, shoes, anything. Even their bare hands. Finally, after about two minutes, Dailen thought it wise to try and get out of there. Though she stood and continued to watch...Not smart.
[WHY ME LORD?]
Have you ever gotten one of those feelings where you're being watched by someone you really don't know/don't like? Well one of the gang members suddenly got that eerie feeling, and looked around to try to figure out who was there. It was hard to miss Dailen since she was practically hanging off the edge of the building. Now imagine you were the gang member. If you saw a 15-year-old girl just watching in awe as you beat the shit out of another man; what would your first thoughts be? Beat the shit out of her of course. The gang member signaled to the rest of his gang, who quickly followed after him and raced off to get Dailen. Of course, once again, like any sane person; Dailen made a run to it. The small girl took to her heels and ran as fast as her feet could carry her. Taking as many short cuts as she could find.
Unfortunately, when you're outnumbered there really is no such thing as a short cut. The girl was brought down hard to the ground by a rock hitting her hard in the back of the head. Probably minutes, but what seemed to feel like hours, passed by before the members took off; hearing what sounded like a police car. Though it was far from it. Jacob Matthews jumped out of his car and ran to Dailen who was bleeding and beaten; still laying on the ground defeated. The grown man rushed the poor child to the hospital, to seek medical attention. Of course once word had reached the pregnant Julia, she was panic stricken. Though she was forced to stay at home and in bed off of doctor's orders.
While Dailen was recovering at the hospital, though, Julia made a very large decision about her daughter. Once again deciding this was such a negative influence on her poor child; she thought it would be best for just her daughter to leave and come back when she was old enough to know the difference from smart and stupid....
[THE LITTLE THINGS GIVE YOU AWAY]
Instead of letting her daughter stay with her and Jacob in Los Angeles, Julia forced the now 16 year old girl to move to London, England. To live with her aunt and cousin. Dailen firmly protested to this motion and much preferred to stay with her mother there in Los Angeles to help her when the baby arrives. There was no changing her mother's mind though. Once it was set on what she believed was best. Julia had a bad habit of closing off her mind once she thought it was the right decision and would refuse to hear any other alternative solution. Even Jacob attempted to help keep Dailen here; but Julia just wouldn't seem to listen to anyone. Not anyone alive could convince her that her daughter should stay with her in Los Angeles. Of course if you were a 16 year old who was being forced across the ocean to some island to live with some family members you've never even met before...
...You'd feel like your mother never truly loved you. In fact, this is what Dailen started to believe. Reluctantly, Dailen packed up all of her things and prepared herself to leave the following year. She said good bye to her few friends and tried to find a way to keep in touch with all of them. On the date of May 17th, Dailen was put onto a flight leaving all the way over to England. How depressing would that be? Flying half way across the world far away from everything you've come to know? To something you have no clue about. Dailen was terrified inside, though on the outside she made it appear that she was definately not wanting to move like this. She didn't want to meet new family and frankly knew nothing about England. Hell, she didn't know if it was even an Anarchy or a Communist country or what the hell it was.
After about a few lay overs, Dailen reached her destination -- London, England. The first face she saw that was from a picture she had received from her mother was her cousin, Sharona Gold. The girl was pretty she had to admit but it really wasn't what she wanted to do. Oh well, might as well go along with it willingly right? Dailen went with Sharona to their home where she remains to keep most of her things to this day. Sharona of course dyed her hair for her and told her how it would probably be wise to get into a college or something. Who knew what you could become in such a lushious town like London.
[HIDE THE BODIES ON THE RIDE HOME]
Age 18, we all get tired of change don't we? Or atleast one that we were against in the very beginning of the whole situation. Instead of coming home letting her mother know she was returning; Dailen decided to just come home and try to live on her own. It couldn't be too hard, right? Of course she bought a plane ticket with the help of her aunt who got the impression Julia was completely aware of Dailen's coming home. Of course the aunt gave Dailen the money and wished her the best and good luck with continuing on with her life back over in Los Angeles. Not to mention Sharona asked if she was sure this is what she wanted. To go back to the place where she completely got her ass beaten in then handed back to her. Of course Dailen blew off all their questions and just simply got on the plane.
There was no reason to dwell on the past, right? So of course someone of Dailen's persona would be dwelling on something along the lines of vengence/revenge. More the revenge than anything else. Once Dailen arrived back in Los Angeles, she bumped into a rather tall, black haired girl. Who went by the name of Dailen. The two automatically clicked and decided to become best buddies. They went almost everywhere together.

GENDER: female
AGE: 18 (this saturday)
ANY OTHER INFORMATION?: no
ROLEPLAY SAMPLE:
Tapping her pen rapidly against her notebook, Jasper Sai Nozomi didn't seem too interested in the world or any of the topics in class. Her chin resting in her hand tiredly, as a sigh passed through her thick lips. God this girl was just trying to figure out if she actually had a reason to stay in class for once. She found that Forensic's class often became dull after the first few classes. Biting her lower lip, Jasper raised her hand suddenly as the teacher went into a lecture about being on time in class. "Excuse me, but may I go to the bathroom?" As he nodded, Jasper threw her things in her bag running out of the room. Her heels hit the marble flooring as a smile crept over her lips. God she was so happy to finally be out of there! Jasper hated having to sit in class the whole entire day, after a while it drove her crazy. The girl's stride held that of confidence and maturity, though her outfit spoke something completely different about her. After all, Jasper was only 17, she still was technically jail bait. Sure, the top of the outfit was just fine. A long sleeved white shirt with a grey sweater vest over top and cute little white ribbons to hold her pig tails. But once you hit the skirt and thigh high tights, yeah, a little inappropriate. Just the slightest. But you act like Jasper really cared about her appearance to other people.
Sighing heavily, the girl's head flipped to get her bangs back out of her face. Yeah it didn't work all to well at first, since they just fell directly back in place. Now where was she going to walk to? The cafeteria probably. Lunch was going to start in a few minutes, and she really did have a lot to do down there. People would come and walk around, and she could definately try to climb on the vending machines like she always did. She and her friend Claudia often did that. Climbed ontop of the vending machines, then tried to jump off onto a table. Once by accident Jasper missed, and landed in the trash can. Though it was empty, which was plus for this girl. Then Julius - who happened to be hanging out with them that day to get them food off campus - pushed the trash can out into the middle of traffic. Jasper could've sworn she would have gotten hit by at least one car. But not one car hit her or even came close to it. Smiling brightly, Jasper walked down the stairs elegantly, making sure her skirt didn't fly up in any form of fashion. As she entered the large hallway toward the cafeteria area, Jasper couldn't help but get excited. Maybe she could call Julius and Claudia and they could all get together and do some random shit.
Pulling her cellphone out of her bra, Jasper seemed to be pretty happy to be wandering the halls with no teachers or professors out and about. Then again wouldn't you? That meant she didn't have to pay attention or make up some excuse as to why she was wandering the halls during class. If someone asked in the end, she would say there was a family emergency and she was rushing to make sure they were okay. But yeah, nothing like that has happened to her so far. Smiling broadly to herself, Jasper decided what she was going to do today. Try to hot wire someone's car, drive it into the side of the building probably....Grinning, she twirled slightly to herself; her skirt whirling around her legs as she did so. More like her thighs, and how that thing is considered a skirt I am not sure but it just is.
You see, growing up Jasper was never taught by her parents to dress like a proper lady. You see, she was half and half. Her mother was African - as in from actual Africa, not from America and happens to be black - and her father had been from Barcelona, Spain. Both cultures did not call for fully clothed women. So as you can guess, neither of her parents saw a reason to teach her something that they were not use to doing themselves. So of course she got the best of both cultures. Sometimes people mistaked her for being japanese or korean, some kind of race that dealt with asians. But no, it was just the combination of African and Spanish put into one little doughy girl named Jasper. Walking into the cafeteria, Jasper sighed heavily when she heard that annoying bell go off. Dammit that thing was just so obnoxious. THey needed to really stop playing that. Even though it told you when they got to go and when you were allowed to leave to another class or lunch or leave school, it's high pitched ringing just drove Jasper beyond insane. Walking up to one of the vending machines, the girl dug through her bra - yes in front of every one - for her money. That way if someone tried to steal from her she would automatically know it was them.
Sighing heavily, she decided against tryin to find it. Dropping her bag, she glanced around. Coast was clear for now. Kneeling down, Jasper stuck her arm in the slot for the food, reaching up and grabbing ahold of the first bag of chips her fingers could reach. Oh did I mention her parents also taught her if she found something to steal, steal it. Biting her lower lip tenderly, she tried to get a real good grip on the item. She didn't care to know specifically what it was. She was just focused on getting ahold of it and actually eating today. She had skipped lunch yesterday, which she knew was incredibly unhealthy for her. As she leaned toward the machine to get the grip on the bag, her skirt rose up just the slightest. Making it hard to tell if her underwear was showing or not. Oh well, she didn't care if it was showing or not. Any guy could look at something they were never going to get. "Come on you stupid bag, budge!"
